Yero claims APC rented crowd for presidential rally in Kaduna

Governor Ramallan Yero of Kaduna State on Saturday alleged that contrary to claims by the All Progressives Congress (APC) of being popular, the crowd that attended the party’s presidential campaign rally in Kaduna were induced with money.

He further claimed that no matter the antics of APC, the PDP will win the general elections slated for February.
Yero made this point while fielding questions from State House correspondents who were in Kaduna for PDP’s presidential rally.
“As you all know, Kaduna is a PDP state and has been since 1999. All we have to do is to ensure we maintain PDP status in the state.
“Don’t forget that Kaduna is the home of vice president, and some of the founding fathers of PDP are also from here” Yero said.
The Governor went on to condemn attacks on Jonathan’s convoy in some state in the North stressing that Kaduna youths had been sensitised against towing that path.
