One dies as council elections hold in Rivers state

There was a shooting incident at a polling unit in Ubimini in Emohua Local Government Area, where a man was reportedly killed.
The suspected shooter was identified as Wasa Osama while the victim was simply identified as Edi.
We gathered that the shooting happened at Emohua Ward Twelve, Unit Eleven.
The suspect claimed he was dropped by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission after taking part in the training of ad hoc staff.
