IN COMMEMORATION OF NIGERIAN ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY

                                    TRIBUTE! TRIBUTE!! TRIBUTE!!!
IN COMMEMORATION OF NIGERIAN ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY
The Nigerian armed forces have come a long way and are indispensible forces saddled with the
responsibilities of peace-keeping and safeguarding lives and properties with utmost loyalty to our country
They do this with all their strength and patriotism.
They are the best things that have ever happen to our country
They underwent all kinds of trainings so that the job can be done.
They bid them goodbye, while not sure they will return.
During operation; no time to eat, or drink; and riffles becomes their best friends and means of survivor.
They are subjected to all kinds of unfavorable weather.
They are at risk of been attack by violence animals while laying ambush for the enemies in the thick
forest.
There is nothing like birthday, house warming, wedding anniversary, Christmas or new year in their
calendar while operation is ongoing.
They go through serious agony when they get hit in a battle.
Lots of them have been physically disabled as a result of wounds sustained during operation.
They put their lives on the line, just to make sure we are safe.
They paid with their lives so that we can live, even in peace.
They even go extra miles to other countries to REST any forms of UNREST.
Many of a time their families missed their presence, yet they don’t complaint.
Not forgetting the FALLEN ONES.
Their wives have become widows, children become fatherless, parents wipe over them, and loved ones
miss them.
I want to challenge you to do the following when next you see any of our Armed forces
1) Show some love to them.
2) Appreciate their loved ones.
3) Wave at them.
4) Hands them cold drinks if you see them on duty.
5) Pay their transport fare, while in public buses.
6) Be polite with them.
7) Salute them.
8) Smile at them.
9) Surprise them with gifts.
10) Give them a lift, if seen at the bus-stop. 11) Make way for them, when you see them driving while on duty. 12) Remember them in your prayers always.
13) Support the families that some of the fallen ones left behind.
14) Advocate for their rights and privileges.
15) Take SELFIE with them
With all aforementioned gestures you will be surprise how Enthusiastic, Encouraged, Loved and
more Patriotic they will be; in the long run boosting their moral towards their duties as peace-
keepers.
